This oven used for the powder coating service founction. Customer do the powder coating service business, and have a lot of different sizes of the work piece, we made the design according the max size by the customer supplied.
You can choose the heating system of the oven just according your need, we suggest the natural gas and LPG first, but also the diesel also ok. And the electric better to used for very small oven, as the electric heating will need a lot of using cost.
There also the powder coating booth, with filter cartridge system in the 2 sides of the booth, so people can stand inside the booth and do the powder coating work very convenient. And most of the powder can be stopped by the filter cartridge, so the environment will not so dirty.
And the top trolley will help you to move the work piece push between the loading area, powder coating booth, powder curing oven, cooling area and unloading area.
