Firstly, there is automatic shot blasting booth on the line. It will remove the rust off the work piece.
Secondly, the autoamtic cyclone powder coating booth have 2 receiprocators to help you do the powder coating work automatically, and still need 1 or 2 persons to do the make up work after the autoamtic powder coating. To invoid some dead corners which can not spray by the reciprocators. The cyclone system will help you to recycle 99% of the powder. This will guarantee the powder coating booth is always clean.
Thirdly, is the automatic powder curing oven, the powder curing oven have the temperature for max of 230 Celsius~250 Celsius. You can adjust the temperature just according the work piece. And the heat up time for the powder curing oven is about 30min from the room temperature (15 Celsius) to 230 Celsius. The curing time usually about 30min, and you can adjust the speed of the line, when speed is slower, then you will have more curing time.
Lastly is the cooling time, after the cooling on the line, you can unload the work piece of the line.
