This automatic liquid painting line we designed for the customer who did the heavy parts for the ships who need do the liquid painting.
In the loading area, there is a platform which can up and down, as the parts very heavy, it is impossible for people to handle it by himself, so the platform can help people do the loading work. The water curtain type paint booth can help customer filter the paint very well. One side of the wall of the paint booth is stainless steel water curtain plate, people will stand besides it to do the liquid painting work. And there is also exhaust fan to help you exhaust the liquid paint out the paint booth.
The heating system, customer choose natural gas. And for powder curing oven, the temperature can be 230 Celsius, but for the liquid paint curing, only 60~80 celsius is OK.
