This customer do the business for heavery metal parts. They need do the powder coating and powder curing to let the surface antirust and also looks beautiful. They want to put the equipment in the corner of the factory and want to save space. So we design this kind of the powder coating project.
The floor trolley can move forward and back, and can also move left and right.
The heating box this customer used not the normal gas, diesel nor LPG ones. We China have the wasted wood fuel which is cheaper than the price of natural gas. So the heating box in the left side of the oven in the picture looked a little different.
And the powder coating booth which need also use togather with the powder oven have 2 fitler cartridges powder recycle system in the 2 sides of the powder coating booth. Show you the picture of the whole project here.
