This powder curing oven we designed was for customer who do the metal stairs business. There is limited to make the total automatic powder coating line. So we make the design for single automatic powder coating booth, single automatic powder curing oven.
The panel for the powder curing oven we use is 150mm thickness rock wool panel, temperature can arrive 180~ 230 Celsisu, you can adjust accoding your need.
This oven have 2 types of the rails, one for the automatic circle one, another is the streight manual rail come from the powder coating booth directly, as this customer have few very long metal panels, who can not turn oven inside the powder curing oven.
There are also 2 kinds of the doors, when the automatic rail run, then you can close the middle blue door which under the streight rail, and when the manul line run, you can close the 2 leaves of the white color door which under the automatic rails.
The air duct inside the oven will help the hot air very average in the oven, and you can also adjust the hot air hole a little by yourself.
Baking time you can also adjust by the control box, usually for 30~40 mins.
And if you need we supply the isntallation service, then our engineer can also go to your side. If you have your own engineer or you can find the installation teams in your city, then we will supply you the installation design before you got the equipment.
By the way, we will do the pre installation in our factory before we loading it into the containers. And we will take pictures and video about how the oven will install. In this way, the installation will more easy if you will install by yourself.
