The pre treatment tanks used the material for SUS 304 stainless steel, and we can also adjust the material according your chemical liquid kind, for example, we will use the SUS 316 if you want use the acid liquid.
There is electric hoist to help you move the parts from this tank to another tank, and if your work piece not so big, we often desgin the busket to use togother with the electric hoist. The busket will help you to handle more work piece in one time.
After the pre treatment handling, you need a water dry oven to drying the liquid on the surface of the work piece, and usually this water dry oven need separate with the powder curing oven.
